Selected Campus Highlights

campus map illustration

The UChicago campus is a series of quadrangles that sweeps south from 55th Street, across the Midway Plaisance to 61st, west to Washington Park and east nearly all the way east to Lake Michigan. Dotted throughout its lawns, the buildings add expression and beauty to the University's bucolic botanic garden environment. The breadth and variety of styles of architecture on campus is alone a highlight of stolling through the quads, but some buildings are of particular note. These have been indicated by a illustration on the map. Note a building's number and click on the link below to access more information.
